A Festive Masterpiece in Rangers 2!
20th Nov 2025
The Rangers 2 classroom has been transformed into a veritable art studio this week, buzzing with creativity in celebration of the festive season. Our pupils have been busy as elves, working hard to create a wonderful collection of Christmas paintings.
While our classroom may now be filled with glittering snowscapes and jolly Santas, these beautiful pictures represent so much more than just decoration. Each brushstroke was an opportunity for learning. Our artists carefully made choices about colour and composition, expressing their unique ideas. They practised fine motor control as they carefully painted within lines and added intricate details, all of which strengthens those essential hand muscles for writing.
We also developed our language skills, describing our creations and using festive vocabulary, all while building the patience and focus needed to see a project through from start to finish.
We are incredibly proud of the concentration, creativity, and joy our Rangers 2 class poured into their work. These masterpieces are a testament to their hard work and the festive spirit filling our classroom
