On Thursday the 1st of May, our 5th and 6th class girls took part in the Loreto Balbriggan Future Stars GAA blitz! Our three teams of girls got to compete against other schools from the area in a 9-a-side match format, which was a great chance for the girls to showcase their skills. The event was organised brilliantly by the Loreto Balbriggan transition year students, with healthy snacks and refreshments for all. Lots of fun was had and we even managed to qualify for two semi-finals! A massive thank you to Loreto Balbriggan for their invitation to the event and for their hospitality.
