Last Thursday, our class went on a great school tour! From the moment we stepped off the bus, we were transported back in time and straight into a day of laughter and learning.
We began dressing up as lords and ladies of the manor. Long velvet gowns, feathery hats and capes made us feel like royalty. We bowed and curtsied across the drawing room like we belonged there. We joined in some dancing in a beautifully decorated room.
Then it was time for something messier - we switched costumes and became maids and servants. Some of us really got into character.
It was definitely a day to remember - a perfect mix of history and fun!
