Our music lesson this week was all about Tim Burton's musical "The Nightmare Before Christmas". We compared three songs from the movie and explored how the music was used to tell a story. We then worked in groups to draw some of the songs. We really enjoyed the lesson so continued our study into our art lesson later in the week. We drew pictures of the four main characters from the musical, Sally, Jack, Oogie Boogie and Zero.
